London Borough of Barnet (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”), seeks to procure for the provision of the removal, storage and disposal of nuisance vehicles for the London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Waltham Forest and has issued this Invitation To Tender (ITT) to Bidders who have expressed an interest to participate in this open procedure as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended (the "Regulations").
