Strategic Construction Partner

The London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") is seeking a private sector partner (PSP) to enter into a strategic partnership arrangement to enable the Council to deliver a range of construction projects and needs as part of its Capital Programme over the next five years (with an option to extend the contract for a further two years at the sole discretion of the Council).
The establishment of the strategic partnership is aimed at securing long-term value and driving benefits and efficiencies in design, supply chain management and cost control over the duration of the partnership period.
