Request for Proposal for the Management of Private Rented Sector Accommodation.

The London Borough of Barnet invites expressions of interest from organisations with the appropriate skills and experience to provide:-

• a single, Registered Provider of social housing to operate as a managing agent for a stock of properties that the Registered Provider will source from the private rented sector (PRS) and are primarily located within the borough boundaries

The Request for Proposal will be run through Barnet’s E-Tendering Portal “Curtis Fitch”. Please register your organisation (free of charge) and express an interest for this procurement in order to automatically receive the Request for Proposal documentation on 12th January 2015.
